Applicant privacy

We collect your name and verified email to create your applicant account. When you apply, we collect your phone number, city, résumé, cover note, and the role you selected.

How your information is used

Authorized recruitment administrators use this information to review your application, contact you about recruitment, and share your application status. Your résumé and contact details are not public.

Your account and applications

You can update your profile, withdraw an active application, or permanently delete your applicant account from My applications. Deletion removes your applicant profile, submitted applications, uploaded résumés, and sign-in sessions from the active service. It does not delete a separate employee account.

Application details are kept while your account exists unless you delete it. Provider backups may retain deleted data until those backups expire. Email providers process sign-in messages, and limited security records may be retained to prevent abuse.

Keeping access secure

Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Sessions expire after seven days. Signing out revokes the current session; deleting your account revokes all applicant sessions.
